- Flights:
- Refundable Tickets: If you have purchased a refundable ticket, you can cancel your booking and request a refund before the departure date. Please note that an administrative fee of $X will apply.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund. However, you may be able to change your travel dates subject to airline change fees and fare differences.
- Hotels:
- Refundable Bookings: Hotel bookings that are refundable will be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Any administrative fees charged by the hotel will be deducted from the refund.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: These bookings are not eligible for a refund.
- Tours and Activities:
- Refundable Bookings: Tours and activities that allow refunds will specify the cancellation period (e.g., 48 hours before the activity). Any third-party fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Non-refundable tours and activities cannot be refunded once booked.
- Packages:
- Customized Packages: Customized travel packages may be partially refundable, depending on the suppliers’ policies. Please refer to the specific terms of your package.
- Standard Packages: Refunds for standard packages will depend on the individual components (flights, hotels, tours) and their respective policies.
4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and the type of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally non-refundable:
- No-show or failure to board flights.
- Failure to check in to hotels or participate in tours/activities.
- Changes to the itinerary made by the traveler after departure.
